The Fort Belvoir Community Hospital is a massive military treatment facility operated by the Department of Defense. The $1 billion, 1.3 million SF facility located just South of Washington DC provides healthcare to members of the United States Armed Forces and their families has 120 beds, operating and ICU suites, endoscopy rooms, behavioral health inpatient unit, cancer center, emergency center with 30 bays, an a Level II nursery.
