Willis Construction Consulting, Inc. is an estimating company with in-house estimators for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades.  WCCI was founded in 1989 for the purpose of providing construction cost estimates for Architects, General Contractors, Developers, Law Firms, Lending Institutions and Owners. Our Estimating Services give clients control of project cost through all phases of the project life cycle.

WCCI has three LEED Sr. Estimators on staff.

We have an acute working knowledge of critical elements such as project size, location, design, construction market conditions and other factors that directly impact project cost. WCCI tailors its services to address these factors in a manner that fits individual client needs.

From 2006 through 2008 WCCI estimated over ten billion dollars in construction costs for our clients.
